You can get a quote for a visit from Alamo City Santa in a couple of different ways. You can call (726) 84-CLAUS or you can send an email.
You can also request a quote through Gig Salad.
Here are some things to consider when scheduling a visit with Santa:
- Santa can walk around a bit and interact with your guests, but ultimately, both he and Mrs. Claus need a place to sit. If you are providing the seat, it needs to be highbacked and not have arms.
- If you are renting Santa’s personal chair, Santa will have to arrive around 10-15 minutes early and may need assistance bringing the chair in.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will usually arrive with enough cold water to get through an hour-long visit. For each additional hour that they are there, you will most likely need to provide an additional bottle of cold water.
- If the visit is outdoors, there needs to be some sort of covering to protect Santa from the elements. That can be a roofed pavilion, a canopy, etc.
- Even Santa’s least expensive suit has been customized, so please ensure that all guests have cleaned up, before seeing him. This is important at an event where food is served and critical at an event like a Breakfast with Santa, where syrup is often on the menu.
- Please help preserve the magic and do not allow another Santa to be anywhere near the set. Children want to believe, but that is difficult when they see more than one Santa. Disney will not let children see more than one Mickey Mouse at a time, and it should be the same for Santa Claus.
- If you are going to hype or advertise a visit with Santa, please do not use a photo of a different Santa (see the previous line about preserving the magic). If you want to use an illustration, please feel free to use it. Otherwise, please use one of the many available pictures from the gallery.
