Jeremy has dedicated over three decades to the craft of performance, immersing himself in a variety of roles that have allowed him to bring countless characters to life. From acting in various plays to creating and performing skits for Vacation Bible School, as well as co-writing plays with his wife for their youth drama group, he has honed his skills in connecting with audiences of all ages. His natural ability to reach people and resonate with their emotions has brought immense joy to both children and adults alike. This unique talent is essential for embodying Santa Claus, as the essence of Santa lies in his ability to create meaningful connections and spread holiday cheer. With Jeremy’s extensive experience and genuine spirit, he is truly the magical embodiment of Santa.

Shelley brings over 25 years of dedicated experience working with children, which has beautifully shaped her into the beloved Mrs. Claus. Throughout her career, she has held various positions as a teacher and childcare provider for children ranging from birth to 5th grade, including invaluable experience working with children with special needs, both professionally and personally. Her interactions with young ones require a blend of patience, creativity, and a warm demeanor—qualities that are fundamental to embodying the spirit of Mrs. Claus. This wealth of experience, along with her natural ability to connect with children, has prepared her to spread joy and magic during the holiday season, allowing her to seamlessly assume her place at Santa’s side as Mrs. Claus.

In 2020, during the challenging times of Covid, Jeremy answered the call to be Santa. That year, he was hired at the San Antonio Zoo for its annual Zoo Lights event, where he quickly spread joy to families despite the pandemic.

In 2021, Jeremy decided to take his talents to new heights as he took the reins as Santa and created Alamo City Santa, marking the beginning of a journey filled with joy and holiday spirit. Since then, he has made magical home visits, collaborated with professional photographers, and made appearances at weddings, birthday parties, and various retailers. His presence has been a hit at both corporate and private Christmas parties. Santa Jeremy’s journey has also included a brief stop at River City Wrestling, and performances with the Texas State University Strutters at the Strutters Holiday Spectacular.

In 2022, Shelley joined Santa Jeremy as Mrs. Claus, affectionately nicknamed “Nonna Claus” by the elves and embraced by Santa himself. Together, they made their debut in the city of Seguin’s Christmas parade and the Sip-n-Stroll event, which quickly became one of their favorite traditions that they eagerly anticipate each year. Nonna Claus was able to join Santa for several visits throughout the holiday season.

Together, Santa Jeremy and Nonna Claus have continued to spread joy and magic in communities throughout and around San Antonio, TX, creating unforgettable memories that embody the true spirit of Christmas.

Santa and Mrs. Claus were AMAZING! They were in character the entire time! As they were walking out, they saw a garland, it was Santa’s clothes, hanging on a clothesline, and Mrs. Claus said “Oh Santa! Looks like someone may have done your laundry but shrunk everything!” And they were not talking to anyone in specific, it was overheard, but how amazing to be in such great character the entire time! It was just so perfect!
